Tickets for park access must be purchased at authorized sales points. No refunds will be made once the ticket has passed through the turnstile.

Large or single-parent families, presenting the Large Family card along with ID, receive a 50% discount on the full-day ticket price at the ticket office. Not combinable with other promotions or discounts.

Presenting the accreditation document along with the holder’s ID, at Terra Mítica, a 50% discount is applicable to the full-day ticket price at the ticket office. The discount applies to the holder of the State Security Forces card and up to 4 companions at the ticket office. Not combinable with other promotions or discounts.

Presenting your disability card (minimum 33%) along with your ID at the ticket office, you will receive a special price of €21 (low season) and €25 (high season). No other discounts apply to the Disability ticket price. The disabled person’s companion does not receive any discount, so for the companion(s), we recommend purchasing tickets online (first selecting the visit day): https://tickets.terramiticapark.com/ Additionally, the holder of the disability card will receive a wristband to avoid queues and can bring one companion (it does not always have to be the same person).

Presenting the Youth Card along with the ID (only for the cardholder) at the park’s ticket office, a 30% discount will be applied to the full-day ticket price at the ticket office. Not combinable with other promotions or discounts.

It is not necessary to print the tickets; you can show them through your mobile device.

The price of the 2024 season pass is: €87 Adult / €63 Junior/Senior. Large Family or Disabled: 25% discount on the above-mentioned price. They must purchase it at the park’s Pass Office by presenting their Large Family or Disabled card.

The park offers a locker rental service, located next to the turnstile area, where you can store your personal belongings.

Eating inside the park is not allowed for hygiene and food safety reasons. Visitors can leave the park to eat in the picnic areas outside the park or use the internal lockers to store backpacks and coolers. If a visitor leaves, they will receive a stamp to re-enter the park.
